All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds

At Roots and Aerials, all sales are final.

Due to the handmade, natural, and personal nature of our products — especially our artisan soaps and body care items — we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

We craft each bar and product in small batches with love and intention, using high-quality, nature-inspired ingredients.

Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, scent strength, or appearance are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Please review product descriptions, ingredient lists, sizes, and all details carefully before purchasing. We recommend patch-testing any new soap or body product on a small area of skin first, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Exceptions – Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that arrives damaged during shipping, is materially defective, or is not what you ordered (wrong item/scent/etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sara@rootsandaerials.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue and packaging

• A brief description of the problem

We’ll review each case individually. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement (if the item is available) or, in rare cases, a refund or store credit. All decisions are final. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we determine the issue was due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to our general all-sales-final policy, the following are explicitly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Any opened or used soaps, serums, massage oils, or other personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

• Handmade or small-batch items (variations are inherent to artisan production)

• Sale, clearance, or limited-edition products

Allergies & Skin Reactions

Our products use natural ingredients, but we cannot guarantee they will suit every skin type. It is your responsibility to check ingredients and test products appropriately. Roots and Aerials is not liable for individual allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

By placing an order with Roots and Aerials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Return / All Sales Final policy.
